We design private residences, residential, commercial and industrial complexes and demanding hospitality projects across Croatia and the region. We develop every project as a whole – space, investment and intended use are never considered in isolation. For us, concept and execution are not two separate phases, but one continuous act. Our approach is ambitious, but controlled. Our solutions may be unconventional – but they are always developed to the point where they can be built exactly as envisioned. Lotus brings together a team of architects and specialists who lead projects from the first idea through to completion, with clear accountability for the decisions that shape them. This way of working demands continuous involvement at every stage – from early sketches to the construction site – and a precise understanding of space, investment and how the space will be lived in.
In practice, this means we know every project from the inside. Decisions are grounded in the real parameters of space, cost and execution – so solutions do not lose their strength once they leave the drawing board.
At the head of the team is Maja Bručić, dipl. ing. arh. – an architect with over 19 years of international experience in architecture and design. Recognised with numerous professional awards, including the Top 40 Under 40 Business Award, she has built an approach that shows in every project that leaves this office – deliberate, precise and seen through to the end.
