Green Tower is a contemporary hotel and residential complex located in the very center of Umag, conceived as a new urban vertical landmark with a strong emphasis on sustainability, green building practices, and a high level of comfort. Green balconies and landscaped terraces create a “vertical garden,” while the rooftop terrace with premium amenities becomes an exclusive living space offering views of the city and the sea. Through its architecture, the project subtly yet distinctly establishes a new reference point in Umag’s urban landscape.

Location and project vision

The building’s architecture is based on an elegant volumetric composition that harmoniously integrates into the urban context, while subtly yet clearly defining a new vertical element within the city skyline. Designed as a contemporary architectural figure, the building does not impose itself, yet becomes a recognizable reference point within the city.

Architectural identity and urban integration

A strong emphasis is placed on sustainability and green building principles—landscaped balconies, terraces, and integrated vegetation create the concept of a “vertical garden,” improving the microclimate, reducing thermal loads, and enhancing overall quality of living.
