A contemporary mixed-use business and residential complex developed in two phases, designed as a new urban ensemble within the dynamic city context of Belgrade.
Share
The One project represents a contemporary mixed-use business and residential complex developed in two phases, conceived as an integrated urban entity that connects living, commercial functions, and public space into a distinctive architectural structure.
Architectural composition and identity
The complex is designed as a dynamic urban composition in which volumes, heights, and floor plan configurations respond to the site context, creating a contemporary skyline and a clearly recognizable identity. The architectural expression is based on a rational composition of masses, pronounced horizontal and vertical façade articulation, and a balanced relationship between solid and transparent surfaces.
Phases of development
The first phase was realized as a compact block combining office and residential functions, while the second phase introduces a vertical accent in the form of a tower, further emphasizing the project’s urban visibility and opening new views toward the city.
Public realm and urban connectivity
Particular attention was given to the organization of outdoor spaces, pedestrian connections, and public areas, with the aim of creating a high-quality environment for everyday use, social interaction, and urban life. The ground level is activated with commercial programs, establishing a clear connection between the complex and the surrounding urban fabric.
A new standard of urban development
The One sets a new benchmark for contemporary living and working in Belgrade, uniting functionality, architectural clarity, and a strong visual presence.
