Construction supervision

Supervision is carried out in-house, by the same team that developed the project. This means any deviation from the design is identified the moment it occurs – with a full understanding of why a given decision was made and what it means if it changes.
Supervision on key projects is always carried out by a member of the design team, because the quality envisioned in the design phase must also be built. Every construction site has moments when a contractor proposes an alternative – a different material, detail or technical approach. The difference between an acceptable alternative and a compromise that will be felt for years is not always obvious at first glance. For us it is, because we know the project from the inside.
Presence on site is not a formality. It is the part of the process that ensures what has been drawn is also built.

Supervision beyond compliance

We monitor execution down to the level of details that are assumed in the documentation but require continuous verification in the field.

Construction that holds up

Details lost on a construction site rarely come back. Quality that is missed during construction cannot be retrofitted – it can only be accepted or corrected at additional cost. That is why we are present throughout the entire construction process, not only at key inspections.
