Behind every project, there is more than just an idea. There is a process, responsibility, and hundreds of decisions that never appear in renderings, yet are deeply felt in the space itself.
At Lotus, we do not see projects as “paper assignments,” but as living systems that evolve from the first sketch to the final interior detail. Our team is involved throughout the entire life cycle of a project – from concept development, design, and planning, through legal, technical, and administrative procedures, to contracting, construction, furnishing, and move-in.
We actively oversee the preparation of project documentation, participate in communication with institutions, guide investors through legal and technical processes, and supervise on-site execution. We are present on the construction site just as much as we are behind our computers – because we believe that true architecture is not born solely on a screen, but on-site, through conversations with contractors and real-time problem-solving.
We approach interior design with the same level of care as architecture – from spatial concepts and custom-made furniture design to final lighting, textures, and the very last chair in place. And after move-in? We are still here. For advice, refinement, new ideas, or the next step.
