Luxury Apartments – Vrhovec

The project involves the construction of a modern, detached residential building on Vrhovec in Zagreb. The building comprises four apartments and is carefully designed to integrate with the natural topography of the site while maximizing views over the surrounding greenery.

Location and site

The newly formed plot is created by merging two cadastral parcels and features an elongated rectangular shape following the slope of the terrain toward the west. The main access to the building is from Vrhovec Street, with a planned representative driveway and landscaped forecourt. The site layout ensures privacy and functional outdoor spaces with terraces and greenery that seamlessly connect with the building.

Architecture and design

The building has a rectangular floor plan, with recessed floors that create spacious terraces and outdoor living areas. This architectural strategy allows a harmonious relationship between the building volume and the surrounding environment, while the modern facade design emphasizes the contemporary character of the structure. Clean geometric forms combined with refined details and pronounced horizontal and vertical elements give the building a sophisticated proportion and presence.

Functionality and amenities

The building includes a basement with a garage and utility rooms, a semi-basement, ground floor, and first floor with four residential units. The exterior incorporates parking spaces, terraces, and landscaped areas.
