Zagreb Residences – Srebrnjak

Srebrnjak Residences is a contemporary residential complex located in a prestigious part of Zagreb. The project encompasses four carefully designed apartment buildings, situated on plots of varying sizes and orientations, interconnected by landscaped green areas and pedestrian pathways. Emphasizing quality of life, aesthetic coherence, and functional flexibility, the project integrates modern architecture into the existing urban context of Srebrnjak, offering elegant and luminous living spaces with practical parking solutions and spacious private and shared gardens.

Buildings overview

Building 1: Situated on a 605 m² plot, this reconstructed residential building retains the existing structure while introducing modern elements such as a western annex, roof extensions, and six residential units. The access road and parking arrangements meet contemporary standards, while the front yard with landscaped greenery and pathways enhances harmony with the surroundings.

Building 2: This new residential building, located on a 602 m² plot, features a basement and three above-ground floors with a recessed top floor. The design includes three independent apartments, each with its own entrance, as well as an integrated garage and auxiliary parking structure. Expansive gardens and pathways enrich the surrounding space and emphasize the building’s modern character.

Building 3: Planned on a 616.7 m² plot, this residential building includes technical and basement levels, three above-ground floors, and a recessed top floor. It contains three apartments, each with a separate entrance. Landscaping features gardens, pathways, and green areas, while the building’s placement ensures optimal distance from neighboring plots.

Building 4: Located on a 616.7 m² plot within the same Srebrnjak zone, the fourth building mirrors Building 3 in structure and functionality, with technical and basement levels, three above-ground floors, and a recessed top floor. Each apartment has a separate entrance, and the surrounding landscaping and parking arrangements ensure both practicality and visual harmony with the greenery.

Architectural approach

All four buildings are distinguished by clearly defined volumes, carefully designed footprints, and the use of contemporary materials. Their orientation and floor layouts maximize natural light, while private gardens and communal pathways create a pleasant connection to nature.
