The villa is a multi-level family residence designed to integrate seamlessly into the natural slope of the site. The architectural concept balances modern design with traditional local building elements, creating a residence that is both contemporary and respectful of the surrounding context.

Location and site integration

The villa is situated within a planned residential area, connected to the main public road. The design responds to the irregular l-shaped terrain, incorporating terraced retaining walls that blend naturally with the landscape. The villa and its ancillary structures are carefully positioned to optimize views, privacy, and solar exposure.

Architecture and form

The building is a multi-level, l-shaped structure featuring a combination of covered and open terraces that enhance indoor-outdoor living. The composition of the façades, the roof form, and the building proportions are designed to harmonize with the traditional architectural language of the region, while incorporating contemporary elements in materiality and detailing. The villa presents a refined, volumetric composition that complements the surrounding environment.

Materials and construction

The villa is constructed using high-quality, durable materials. Reinforced concrete provides the structural framework, while wooden roof elements and carefully detailed facades with stone or plaster finishes ensure resilience against weather conditions. Interiors feature natural materials, including wood flooring and stone detailing, creating a warm and refined living environment. Energy-efficient glazing and insulation contribute to both comfort and sustainability.

Interior layout and functionality

The residence is organized across four levels, including semi-underground and fully underground spaces, creating a dynamic interior experience. Interior spaces include living areas, bedrooms, recreational areas, and terraces. Large windows and open terraces promote natural light, cross-ventilation, and a strong connection with the surrounding landscape. Artificial and natural ventilation systems ensure comfort throughout the year.
