Architectural concept and spatial structure

Pag Insula Resort is a carefully conceived boutique luxury resort located on the island of Pag, developed as a series of smaller buildings that together form an intimate and functional ensemble. The complex consists of five standalone villas and an access residential building that houses the reception and shared guest facilities. The resort is designed as a harmonious low-scale composition, adapted to the island context and its natural landscape. The distributed organization of volumes ensures guest privacy, clear spatial readability, and a balanced relationship between built and open areas.

Interior design, identity and shared facilities

For the investor, a complete interior concept and overall design strategy for the entire resort were developed, with a strong focus on atmosphere, functionality, and visual identity. The interiors follow a contemporary Mediterranean aesthetic, using natural materials, warm textures, and carefully selected details. The central building includes reception areas, a playroom, and a gym, while the outdoor café serves as the social heart of the complex. The spaces are designed to encourage interaction while maintaining the sense of tranquility and exclusivity characteristic of a boutique hospitality concept.
