Architectural concept
The concept of the 3 Villas is based on clear contemporary volumes that establish a dialogue with the surrounding landscape and sea horizon. Each villa is carefully positioned to maximize orientation toward views and sunlight while maintaining privacy and spatial fluidity. The architecture balances minimalism with contextual sensitivity, ensuring both visual clarity and environmental harmony.
Exterior – relationship with the landscape
The exterior spaces are conceived as natural extensions of the interior living areas. Spacious terraces, outdoor lounges, and pool platforms create a seamless transition between built form and landscape. The volumes are integrated into the terrain in a way that enhances panoramic views while preserving a sense of intimacy. Outdoor living becomes a central architectural theme, reflecting the Mediterranean lifestyle and climate.
Interior – concept and spatial organization
The interiors are organized according to an open-plan layout, allowing living, dining, and kitchen areas to flow into one another and extend directly toward the exterior terraces. Large glazed openings frame sea views and bring abundant natural light deep into the interior spaces. Private zones, including bedrooms, are strategically positioned to ensure both visual connection to the surroundings and acoustic privacy. The spatial arrangement promotes clarity, comfort, and effortless circulation throughout the villa.
Materials and finishes
The project highlights a refined material palette, combining natural textures with contemporary finishes. Light-toned facades, expansive glazing, and carefully detailed surfaces create an elegant and airy architectural expression. The material strategy ensures durability while maintaining a timeless Mediterranean aesthetic.
Relationship to the environment
All three villas are strategically oriented and positioned to strengthen visual connectivity with the sea and surrounding landscape. The architecture encourages a balanced interplay between privacy and openness, allowing residents to fully experience the Mediterranean climate through thoughtfully designed outdoor living zones.
