Share
The project in Donja Bistra comprises the architectural design of the Spectra Media warehouse, conceived as a rational, functional, and technologically optimized logistics facility.
Architectural Concept and Spatial Organization
The project in Donja Bistra includes the architectural design of the Spectra Media warehouse hall, conceived as a rational, functional, and technologically optimized logistics space. The building volume is designed in a simple and clear manner, emphasizing structural readability and efficient internal organization. The spatial layout is based on the logic of vehicle and goods circulation, with clearly defined entry and exit flows as well as separated service and handling zones. This organization enables efficient reception, storage, and dispatch of goods, while minimizing delays and increasing overall operational performance.
Working Conditions, Materialization and Identity
Special attention was given to the quality of working conditions, natural and artificial lighting, and safe and well-defined access points. Energy efficiency was integrated into the design through rational volumetric shaping and optimized technical systems. The materials were selected with a focus on durability, resistance, and ease of maintenance, which is essential for warehouse and logistics facilities subject to intensive use. The facade design provides a recognizable yet unobtrusive identity within the business zone, aligned with the building’s functional character. The project represents a contemporary example of industrial architecture focused on functionality, reliability, and optimized operational processes.
