The interior design of this luxury villa in Lozica, near Dubrovnik, is conceived as a contemporary, calm and elegant living environment that emphasizes openness towards the landscape and unobstructed sea views. The project is defined by a careful balance between luxury, functionality and comfort, with a strong focus on materials, light and spatial continuity.

Spatial concept

The interior of the villa, with a total floor area of 550 m², is designed as a sequence of interconnected, open-plan spaces that naturally flow into one another. The layout allows for unobstructed movement and long visual axes towards the exterior, while large glazed surfaces dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior. The interior architecture is guided by views, natural light and a sense of spatial openness.

Materials and colour palette

The material and colour palette is based on neutral tones, natural textures and refined contrasts. Wood, stone, textiles and metal are combined in a balanced manner, giving the interior warmth while maintaining a clear contemporary expression. Accents in blue, turquoise and soft golden-yellow tones subtly introduce dynamism and connect the interior to its Mediterranean context.

Living areas

The living room, dining area and kitchen form a unified open space. Furniture with clean lines, carefully considered proportions and high-quality finishes defines individual zones without the need for physical partitions. Lighting is layered and discreet, designed to highlight material textures and create a comfortable atmosphere throughout the day and into the evening.

Private zones

The bedrooms are conceived as intimate, tranquil spaces with a strong emphasis on comfort and simplicity. Minimalist design, soft textures and a restrained colour palette create an atmosphere of rest and privacy. Bathrooms are treated as an extension of the living space — elegant, refined and materially consistent with the overall interior concept.

Details and ambience

Particular attention is given to details such as the selection of lighting fixtures, textiles, artwork and custom-built furniture. The interior does not rely on overt luxury, but rather achieves a sophisticated and understated character through proportion, materiality and carefully composed spatial relationships.
