Zagreb Residences – Šestinski vijenac

Zagreb Residences is an exclusive residential project located on the prestigious Šestinski vijenac street. Comprising eleven thoughtfully positioned buildings, each unit enjoys panoramic views of the city and Medvednica. The distinctive architecture harmoniously integrates with the surrounding greenery, while the “frame” concept ensures aesthetic cohesion and flexibility in interior layouts, offering versatile housing typologies to suit a variety of needs.

Layout and typologies

The project is organized into four rows of residential buildings, each tailored to specific functional requirements and visual appeal.

First row: two detached family houses, each 400 m². Every house includes a basement garage for three vehicles, a ground floor, a first floor, and a recessed floor with a rooftop terrace and pool. The ground floor features an entrance hall with wardrobe, sanitary facilities, an open-plan living and dining area, and a separate kitchen connected to a covered terrace. The first floor contains four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, while the recessed floor includes a wellness area with sauna, bathroom, small kitchen, and a spacious terrace with a pool. All floors are connected by staircase and elevator. Facades combine exposed concrete with anthracite cladding, visually linking the houses to the rest of the complex.

Second row: semi-detached buildings of 300 m², each accommodating one or two residential units. Single units are organized over three levels with entrance on the first floor, featuring open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas connected to a large covered terrace. Two-story units include additional bedrooms on the recessed floor and access to a spacious terrace. The outdoor space includes open pools and separate garages for two vehicles.

Third row: two semi-detached buildings with one residential unit each, and one detached building with two units. Ground-level apartments feature pools on the site, while the upper duplex units include three bedrooms and pools on the recessed floor.

Fourth row: two detached buildings of 400 m² with two residential units each. Ground-floor units have two bedrooms, while upper units span two floors with three bedrooms. Parking is accommodated in underground garages for two vehicles, connected via elevator and internal access, with additional parking spaces on the plot.

Landscape and environment

All plots are landscaped with tall and low greenery, terraces, and slope arrangements, creating a harmonious relationship between architecture and nature, while enhancing the luxurious quality of living.
