The Lotus Architecti portfolio spans more than 200 projects – from private residences and residential complexes to hospitality resorts, commercial buildings, industrial facilities and public spaces, across Croatia and the region. Every project emerges from a specific context: the site, the investment logic and the way the space will be used. The approach is always the same – ambitious in concept, precise in execution – but the result never is.
We work across a range from individual residences to masterplans that define entire development zones, across different regulatory frameworks and climatic conditions. Every project carries within it decisions made with a full understanding of place, time and purpose – and that is precisely what shows in the built space, years after the project is complete.
